Having worked in IT for over 20 years before relocating to Fort Lauderdale from Cleveland and making the professional switch, Matt takes a consultative approach, benefitting buyers and sellers with a loyalty-first, strategic mindset.

Matt believes that what really makes a difference to people is not just how you treat them when everything is going right, but how you continue to support them when things are complicated or difficult that shows a person’s integrity and commitment. As serious as Matt is about his professional obligations, he has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a member of the exclusive Master Brokers Forum, an invite-only association of brokers, he is equally passionate about the people, and the area in which he lives and works. Buying and selling real estate is by definition a major life event, but Matt sees no reason why it shouldn’t be fun and exciting along the way.

Matt completed his undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing at Ohio Northern University, and an MBA from Miami University in Ohio. Personally, Matt enjoys travel, including internationally, keeping fit, and dining out.
