Claudia Patricia was born in  Colombia, and was raised in California, though she has been a long-time resident of South Florida since her college days. She has a degree in Arts with a concentration on Journalism from Miami-Dade College, studied broadcast journalism at Florida International University. Claudia Patricia is also a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, and holds special training in Buildtopia, E-condo and Builders CMS.

As a mother and former elementary school teacher, she understands that patience and persistence can often be the key to success.
