Vice President, Managing Broker of the Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay office, Denise Sicuso, joined EWM in 2005, originally selling in the Coral Gables/South Miami office.

Denise, a Pinecrest resident since 2005, focuses on the day-to-day oversight of the Pinecrest office, including sales activity, training exercises and the implementation of new programs and services. Her keen market insight and inherent understanding of sales and marketing enable her to lead her team toward continued growth and success. With an expansive understanding of the South Florida real estate market Denise previously served as Managing Broker of EWM’s Brickell/Downtown branch. Under her leadership, the sales production of the brokerage’s Brickell/Downtown office increased by 117%.

Before joining EWM, Denise was a Visual Merchandising Manager for Lord & Taylor in the New York metro area. In 1994 Denise relocated to South Florida working with their stores in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina as the Regional Fashion Specialist.
